DS provide 2 to 3 years warranty except the break of screen. If the screen is break, the LCD can not fixed, so need to buy another one to replace it.
Yes. DS brand interactive panels supports multi-screen share max 9 devices. That is to say, users can wireless project 9 screens to the smart board. It can be 9 laptops, or 9 mobile phone, or combined tablets and laptops, for example 4 laptops and 5 mobile phones at the same time .For teaching and conference presentation, 4 screens share function is commonly used.
Yes, it is max 20 points touch at the same time. In class, Multi-users can write on the interactive touch panel at the same time, supports 10 points writing at the same time.
Some interactive smart boards are reflective, but DS also have anti-glare surface screen which is non-reflective. The reason why the touch panel is reflective is that the panel is designed with a touch tempered glass on the surface.It looks like a mirror in a high bright environment, so it’s reflective in classroom. To avoid this issue, DS produces touch panel with a chemical anti-glare （AG) coating on the tempered glass, to avoid reflection and make sure every students in the classroom view the touch screen clearly. Customer can choose to have clear tempered glass or anti-glare surface tempered glass interactive touch panel when order. And anti-glare tempered glass touch panel cost is a little bit higher than clear tempered glass.
If the screen has some fingerprints, you can spray some alcohol and wipe it with a pure cotton cloth. The best way to avoid fingerprints is to buy a touch panel with AG+AF glass touch panel from DS company.To avoid finger prints and scratches on the tempered glass surface, DS applied AG+AF technology ( AG is for anti-glare, AF is for anti-finger print) to make the touch glass on surface both anti-reflection but also do not left scratches and finger prints.
Each interactive touch panel has the child lock function to prevent from children operation on smart board. Different chipboard smart panel have different unlock code. But do not worry, the child lock can be unlocked by remote control. When this situation appear, take a picture of the bar code on IFPD, send it to our sales team, after confirm which model is ,we will send you the unlock code.
