In the process of using the interactive flat panel, you may encounter some problems, one of which is why the smart board calibration not working. How to calibrate the smart board touch screen? Why sometimes the touch sensor on the smart board not sensitive? why the writing on the smart board is offset? Why is writing on the touch screen delayed?
In fact, these phenomena all indicate that the touch sensor of your smart board is not sensitive. You have to calibrate the smart board. These problems can be adjusted by debugging the touch sensor or the touch frame to restore the accuracy of touch and writing on the interactive touch screen. So how to calibrate the smart board? It is divided into three simple steps. First, prepare and install the debugging test APK on the smart board, and then the second step is to click on different areas on the screen to test and adjust the accuracy. The third step is to save and complete the test data.
Step 1: The first step is to prepare the APK and install the debugging test software APK on the smart board.
Step 2: Adjust the horizontal and vertical accuracy: This step is used to adjust the offset of the two directions when writing.Detailed steps as follow:
a. On the test software, the screen is divided into 4 quadrant areas, and a writing pen of about 1mm is used to draw horizontal lines on the digital whiteboard screen. It should be noted that this precision adjustment is selected according to the precision of your screen. Do not use a pen that is too thick to adjust, otherwise, the sensitivity of the touch sensor on the screen will still be insufficient, and the writing will still be offset.
Observe whether the horizontal line drawn by the pen is horizontal. If the handwriting deviates downward, click the green upward arrow on the screen. If the horizontal line is shifted upwards, tap the downward-facing arrow on the screen. While writing, observe whether there is a left-right delay. If the horizontal line is on the left side of the pen tip, click the right arrow to adjust it. If the horizontal line exceeds the pen tip and is on the right side, click the left arrow. In short, adjust the offset of the line in the opposite direction. When you click the arrow to adjust, you need to click multiple times to adjust the position of the line, and at the same time observe whether the line is returning to the correct direction.
After the adjustment is complete, continue to draw a line on the screen. Observe whether the line is still offset. If the written line is normal, it means that it has been adjusted to the right accuracy. If there is still deviation, repeat the previous steps to adjust until the writing is normal.
Repeat the above steps to adjust in 4 different areas.
b. In the same way, use a pen to write a straight line on the screen, and observe whether the line deviates left and right, that is, if you draw a line vertically, if the line deviates to the left, then click the green right arrow in the software to adjust. If the line deviates to the right, click the left arrow in the software to adjust. If there is a left-right deviation in the vertical direction, adjust in the opposite direction. Also, you have to click multiple times until the lines write normally.
Step 3: Save the adjustment results – When the adjustments in both directions have been completed, finally click the “Save” button at the bottom to ensure that all adjustments are saved.
Step 4: Exit the APK, and re-enter the whiteboard app writing, or other annotation interface to see if the accuracy is improved.
