How to use smart board in classroom?
First, connect the smart board to the power source and turn it on. Then, enter the default Android system and open the desired application. The lifespan of a smartboard is determined by the lifetime of its screen which is dependent on the LED backlight. Typically, the LED backlight has a lifespan of 30,000 hours. If the smart board operates around the clock, it will run for approximately 3.5 years. If it’s used for 12 hours a day, it can remain operational for up to 7 years. For normal school use, supporting 8 hours per day, it can last for up to 10 years.

Why smart board does not respond to touch?
There are several possible reasons that could cause your screen to malfunction.
The first reason could be a software or firmware issue that causes the system to become stuck.

Why smart board will not calibrate?
In order to properly calibrate touch sensors on interactive digital boards, it is recommended to use specialized calibration software.
As each supplier may utilize different models, it is imperative to consult with your supplier to determine the appropriate software for your device.
Fortunately, DS Tech offers calibration software for all models. Additionally, please keep in mind that calibration should be performed under a Windows operating system for optimal results.
Why smart board does not recognize pens?
First, ensure that the touch screen is not locked. Secondly, check the thickness of the pen and verify it is not too slim. Each smartboard features a designated touch accuracy value, typically expressed as 1mm. Failure to meet this value with the writing pen may render the touch sensor incapable of recognizing the pen, which in turn prevents writing. If both of the previous steps have been completed with no issue, it is probable that the touch sensor is malfunctioning. Attempt to calibrate the smartboard to determine if this resolves the matter.
Why smart board is blurry?
If there are issues with the clarity of a new smart board, we advise checking the screen resolution with your supplier. Our production only includes 4K touch screens. Another factor to consider is the presence of an anti-glare surface. For an anti-glare smart board, a tempered glass with a special coating is added. This might make the screen look less transparent and clear, but it should not be markedly different from normal 4K resolution. It is also advisable to ensure the picture or video resolution is at least 4K or 1080P since the touch screen smart board provides 4K UHD display. However, if the screen still appears blurry, the final factor causing this may be a defective LCD display panel.
Why the smart board is blinking green?
There are three possible reasons for the issue. Firstly, the smart board may be in a factory aging mode. To resolve this, the factory mode should be quit. Secondly, there may be a loose panel cable, which would require disassembly and inspection of the panel cable.
